Your instructor is Gracie Sproles, who has worked with metal since she was twelve years old. She is a professional welder and machinist by day and loves to create and stretch her abilities in metal at home. She is excited to bring this project to WCA!

About the class
In this class, each student will create a unique metal rose using tin. They will cut the tin with tin snips and form each petal using needle nose pliers. No welding required. Students need to bring a pair of straight cut aviation tin snips (can be purchased at Lowes, Harbor Freight, TSC, etc.) They also need to bring a pair of work gloves (working with sharp metal) and needle nose pliers. Also, must wear closed toed shoes.
